What should I wear for the photo shoot?
While patterns can be great for everyday wear, they can be distracting in a photo shoot. It's best to keep patterns low-key and find a color range that works well alone and with the group. If you choose to wear a jacket, make sure it fits properly on the shoulders, even if it's a bit small. However, if the photo shoot is centered around bold self-expression, feel free to be bold!
How long until will I receive my photos after the session?
I start working on your photos right after the session. Depending on the extent of the session, it may take up to 14 days before I send you a link to your private gallery. For basic sessions, where we do rough editing at the time of service, it may only take a few days.
How many photos will be in my gallery?
It depends on your session. I carefully go through every frame of your session and select the best images to add to your gallery. While I may have taken more photos than what you'll see in the gallery, it's because I've removed any images that have imperfections or do not meet my standards.
Will I receive a photo of every pose we did?
No, not all poses will be provided. Sometimes a pose doesn't turn out the way we intended it to. My goal is to provide high-quality images rather than quantity.
Will I get unedited images?
I have a strict policy of not providing clients with unedited images for any reason. I shoot is a raw format that is converted to jpgs for your use. Your gallery will only include the best and edited photos. No other images, including unedited or raw files, will be provided.
Retouching
When it comes to editing images, it's important to understand the difference between editing and retouching. Editing involves adjusting contrast, highlights, shadows, and color balance. It may also involve cropping and color grading. Retouching, on the other hand, involves removing dust spots, stray hairs or threads, and blemishes from the face. It can also involve softening lines, brightening dark circles, and whitening teeth. Any additional requests, such as adding eyelashes or hair, or changing the background, will incur extra charges.
Regarding payment, I will send you an invoice to your email address. You can conveniently use any credit card to make the payment. Additionally, you have the option to pay with cash, check, or Venmo during our scheduled meeting.
